I've tried going to these websites like the one below and I am just going in a circle. I'm having a hard time finding the customer service center's number so I can call them right away to cancel my subscription. I do not want any more websites given that this is not going anywhere. Anyone knows customer service's phone number? Thanks.
Customer service phone number tells you to fill out a ticket online...but no one answers those. The only reason I went with MSI was because I heard good things, but the lack of customer service has me thinking I made a huge mistake. Now I want to cancel my order but cannot because I cannot get in contact with customer service.
Phone the number listed during their hours and ask if they have someone in Washington area, either an agent, or if you need to send it to them. I think the website only lists the main location, but when you contact them and explain the problem, they will give you options.
I am reiterating that I spoke by phone to three techs at MSI about the Realtek audio issues on the Pro B660m-A DDR4.. and then afterward, the USA customer service manager. He assured me he is the highest ranking exec for the USA team, shared both phone AND his direct email and said I can check back with him early September.

There customer service is terrible. I have the MSI Mag Coreliquid 360R and I purchased it right when these were first released back in November 2020 and there is a recall on these because the manufacturing screwed up and didnt clean them before filling them so they are clogging up and failing.
On the website it didn't register into the repair phase until mid october. On the phone I was told it was going to be about $60 to get a new hinge put on and come to find out near the end of October when they supposably just recieved my laptop the $60 was just a diagnostic fee. Wish they would have said that on the phone.

I bought a brand new GL65-10SFSK from Amazon and it came with heating problem. When system is idle, CPU temp is about 65 C (149 F). When I run a software or game, it immediately goes over 95 C (203 F) and stays there (Edit: HWinfo measured 99 C max during 1 min of gameplay).
