At about 2 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 19, officers with the Tulsa Police Department responded to a call about a shooting at a home on the city’s northeast side, police said in a news release.
Officers believe the last shot was fired around 4:58 p.m., and as they were moving towards the shooter's location while calling out "Tulsa police", they heard the final gunshot. Carson had been staying at a motel, the Knights Inn, for several days.
