Mahtomedi (/ ˌ m ɑː t oʊ ˈ m iː d aɪ / MAH-toh-MEE-dy) [3] is a city in Washington County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 8,138 at the 2020 census. [ 4 ] Mahtomedi is a suburb of St. Paul and is located between St. Paul and Stillwater along the shores of White Bear Lake.
The complex consists of the original German Lutheran church structure constructed in 1859 and later remodeled into a school; the eclectic Gothic-Romanesque style church structure constructed in 1885; and the Queen Anne style parish house constructed in 1892. [2] It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. [1]

The St. Andrews Evangelical German Lutheran Church near Zeeland, North Dakota, United States, was built in 1893 by Germans from Russia. Also known as St. Andrews Lutheran Parish District, the historic area was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990. The listing included four contributing buildings and one contributing site.
