    It really depends on your needs. Bad teeth run in my family, so I keep BCBS FEP Dental high coverage. When I knew I needed a lot of work, I also had GEHA Connection Dental Plus (non-FEDVIP plan available to current and former feds) and they coordinated benefits so I got like a dozen fillings without a penny out of pocket.
