Eugene Curran Kelly (August 23, 1912 – February 2, 1996) was an American dancer, actor, singer, director and choreographer. He was known for his energetic and athletic dancing style and sought to create a new form of American dance accessible to the general public, which he called "dance for the common man".
He earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Zurich [1] and his Bachelor of Fine Arts at the New York University's Tisch School of the Arts.After many experiences as a dancer and a choreographer, and Breakdance, [2] a dance book written with William Watkins in 1984, he has founded the Franklin-Method Institute [3] in Uster, Switzerland. [4]
American Dance Therapy Association is the only organization solely dedicated to the growth and enhancement of the profession of dance/movement therapy (DMT). It was founded in 1966 [ 1 ] by Marian Chace , Elissa Queyquep White, Claire Schmais, and several practitioners from across the United States.

A year into touring with Raindance, SL2 released their debut single, "Do That Dance", through B-Ware Records. [1] Subsequently, SL2 set up their own Awesome Records label, through which they first released another single, "DJs Take Control".
