Tiller is an unincorporated community in Douglas County, Oregon, United States. [1] It is located on Oregon Route 227 and the South Umpqua River, in the Umpqua National Forest. [2] Tiller was named for Aaron Tiller, who settled in the locality. Tiller post office was established in 1902. [3]
The track was named Roseburg Speedway in 1960 and it featured a Hard Top class. [3] On August 14, 2021, the track hosted the Outlaw 100, a Pacific Racing Association race. The race featured a two-car crash that led to one of the cars almost breaking through the wall and falling off the racetrack and into the track's parking lot.
