The Fall Line Freeway (FLF), also signed as State Route 540 (SR 540), is a 215-mile-long (346 km) highway designed to span the width of the U.S. state of Georgia from Columbus at the Alabama state line to Augusta, travelling through several cities including Macon, Fort Valley, Sandersville, and Wrens.

State Route 19 (SR 19) is a 152-mile-long (245 km) state highway that travels southeast-to-northwest through portions of Bacon, Jeff Davis, Appling, Telfair, Wheeler, Laurens, Twiggs, Bibb, and Monroe counties in the central part of the U.S. state of Georgia.
On the northern side of the river is an interchange with I-16/SR 540 (Fall Line Freeway). Immediately afterward, US 23/SR 19 split off to the east onto Emery Highway, while US 129/SR 11/SR 49 continue to the northeast. Approximately 1,000 feet (300 m) later, SR 22 rejoins the concurrency.
