The Kilkenny Senior Hurling Championship (known for sponsorship reasons as the St Canice's Credit Union Senior Hurling Championship and abbreviated to the Kilkenny SHC) is an annual hurling competition organised by the Kilkenny County Board of the Gaelic Athletic Association and contested by the top-ranking senior clubs in the county of Kilkenny in Ireland.
Kilkenny hold the record for the most victories, winning the competition thirty-six times since its inception. They have also won the competition the most times in-a-row, winning it four times from 2006 to 2009, a record they share with Cork who won it four times from 1941 to 1944 and Limerick who have won it four times from 2020 to 2023.
