Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology (also known as TJHSST, Thomas Jefferson, or TJ) is a Virginia state-chartered magnet high school in Fairfax County, Virginia operated by Fairfax County Public Schools. The school occupies the building of the previous Thomas Jefferson High School, constructed in 1964.
Fairfax County School Board, 68 F.4th 864 (4th Cir. 2023), is a United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit case about the changes to Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology's admissions policy which were made in 2020.
The school was co-located with the Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology from 1985 to 1987. It stopped accepting new students after 1985, and merged with Annandale High School for the 1987–1988 school year. [2] No students from Jefferson or TJHSST graduated in 1988.

Most students attending TJ will go on to Wakefield High School but some will later go to Washington-Liberty High School. Their colors are yellow and blue.
