Jaya Kishori (born 13 July 1995) is an Indian spiritual speaker, singer, motivational speaker, life coach, and social reformer known for her spiritual discourses and soulful bhajans. She is referred to as 'Kishori Ji' [ 1 ] and the 'Meera of the Modern Era'.
Kishori Amonkar [a] (10 April 1932 – 3 April 2017) was an Indian classical vocalist, [3] belonging to the Jaipur gharana, or a community of musicians sharing a distinctive musical style. [4] She is considered to be one of the foremost classical singers in India.
Maharani Kishori (fl. 18th century) was the wife of Maharaja Suraj Mal of Bharatpur in Rajasthan, India. She was from Hodal, a town in the modern day Palwal district of Haryana, near Mathura and Bharatpur. [1] The house her husband built for her in Bharatpur is now a monument protected by the government of Rajasthan. [2]

Madurai Shanmukhavadivu Subbulakshmi (16 September 1916 – 11 December 2004) was an Indian Carnatic singer. She was the first musician ever to be awarded the Bharat Ratna, India's highest civilian honour and also the first Indian musician to receive the Ramon Magsaysay award in 1974.
She composed and sang lyrical bhajans called Meera Bhajans. The popular legend associated with her is that with blessings of Krishna, she survived after consuming poison sent to her by her evil brother-in-law. The larger temple in the same compound is the Kumbha Shyam Temple (Varaha Temple).
