The sorority has more than 1,000 collegiate and alumnae chapters located in the United States, Canada, England, Japan (Tokyo and Okinawa), Germany, the Virgin Islands, Liberia, Bermuda, Jamaica, The Bahamas, South Korea and Nigeria.

Every woman at Brenau who is a member of a sorority becomes a member of the campus' Greek Council, the governing body over all sororities on campus, both NPC and NPHC.
