    By my interpretation, this would mean a "live blood analysis" clinic/facility would not be exempt, as blood testing is the stated purpose of the establishment. Also, I think the fingerprick exemption is aimed at excluding simple tests like fingerprick blood glucose etc, not complex analysis and interpretation.
