The Austin Historic District is a residential historic district in central Austin, Chicago, Illinois. The district, which includes 336 buildings, has a large number of Victorian homes, with many examples of the Queen Anne, Stick, and Shingle styles. Henry Austin, for whom Austin is named, began development in the district in the late 1860s.

Austin Town Hall Park is a park at 5610 W. Lake Street in the Austin neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois.The site was formerly used for the town hall of Cicero Township.The Austin subdivision of Cicero was annexed to the City of Chicago in 1899, and the town hall site eventually became part of the Chicago Park District.
Since then, the house has had a dozen owners, although it has remained in the hands of the Teague family since 1970. The house was recognized by the City of Chicago as a Chicago Landmark on March 30, 1984, [4] and recognized by the National Park Service with a listing on the National Register of Historic Places on April 23, 2013.
