Ryomen Sukuna (Japanese: 両面 宿儺, Hepburn: Ryōmen Sukuna) is a fictional character and one of the central antagonists of the manga and anime series Jujutsu Kaisen created by Gege Akutami. A Heian Era sorcerer, he was once known notoriously as the King of Curses and well known as the greatest Sorcerer to ever live.
Sukuna confronts Megumi and rips Yuji's heart out so that if they switch back, Yuji will die while Sukuna will still control the body. Sukuna defeats Megumi but is intrigued by his potential. Megumi explains that his will to save others came after seeing his sister fall into a coma from a cursed spirit and that he does not regret saving Yuji.
Haruta is also caught in the attack and killed. Sukuna secretly brings Megumi to Shoko to be healed before showing his work to Yuji. Yuji is traumatized, blaming himself for everyone that died by Sukuna's hand. Meanwhile, a half-burned Nanami wanders the subway.
