On 23 November 2004, the New Okhla Industrial Development Authority (NOIDA Authority) allotted M/s Supertech Limited, a plot of land measuring 48,263 square metre (11.92 acres) in Sector-93A. The plan for the Emerald Court residential complex in Noida came into inception in June 2005. [5]
