Masuma Sultan Begum (Persian: معصومه سلطان بیگم; born c. 1508) was a Mughal princess and the daughter of the first Mughal emperor, Babur.She is frequently mentioned in the Humayun-nama by her sister, Gulbadan Begum, who calls her sister 'Elder sister Moon' (mah chacha).
Gulchehra Begum (also known as Gulchehara, Gulchihra or Gulshara; c. 1515–1557) was a Mughal princess, daughter of Emperor Zāhir ud-Dīn Mohammad Babur of India, and half-sister of Emperor Humayun. Later, her half-nephew, Prince Jalal-ud-Din Mohammed ascended the imperial throne as Emperor Akbar.

Babur asked her hand in marriage. After an exchange of private messages, Babur's elder relative and Payanda Sultan Begum (wife of Sultan Husayn Mirza Bayqara) settled with Habiba Sultan Begum that the latter should bring her daughter to Kabul for Babur. Kamran Mirza was born in Kabul to Babur's wife Gulrukh Begum. He was half-brother to Babur's eldest son Humayun, who would go on and inherit the Mughal throne, but he was full-brother to Babur's third son, Askari. A divan written in Persian and Chagatai is attributed to him.
Humayun was born as Nasir al-Din Muhammad to Babur's favorite wife Māham Begum on Tuesday 6 March 1508. According to Abul Fazl, Māham was related to the noble family of Sultan Husayn Bayqara, the Timurid ruler of Herat. She was also related to Sheikh Ahmad-e Jami. [7] [8]
