Williams' House is a heritage-listed detached house at 16–20 Cedar Street, Yungaburra, Tablelands Region, Queensland, Australia. It was built from c. 1915 to the 1940s. It was added to the Queensland Heritage Register on 21 October 1992.
Side Brothers constructed the Lake Eacham Hotel for the Williams family in 1910, when the Tablelands railway reached Yungaburra. It was considerably extended and refurbished in 1926 in time for the opening of the first motor road between the coast and Yungaburra, assisting the town to develop as a tourist destination and a gateway to the Atherton Tablelands.
Yungaburra Community Centre is a heritage-listed community hall at 19 Cedar Street, Yungaburra, Tablelands Region, Queensland, Australia. It was built from 1910 to c. 1926. It is also known as Tivoli picture theatre, Williams Estate Hall, and Yungaburra Hall. It was added to the Queensland Heritage Register on 21 October 1992. [1]

In 1910, the railway line reached the settlement, which had been renamed Yungaburra to avoid confusion with another similarly named town. The railway link triggered a period of rapid development with the construction of a saw mill, a store and a large hotel for the Williams family opposite the railway station and a number of shops and houses.
In 1911 the tiny St Marks Anglican Church was constructed, the first Methodist services were held in Yungaburra and the Eacham Shire was formed. The Catholics of Yungaburra were served by the priest from Herberton who visited on a monthly basis. Services were held in homes or in the hall attached to the Williams hotel. [1]
