Heart UK (formerly Heart Extra) is a digital radio station owned and operated by Global as a national version of Heart, and broadcast from studios at Leicester Square in London. On 2 February 2016, Global announced that the station would launch as Heart Extra on national DAB on 29 February.
The Heart radio stations have a combined reach of 9.7 million listeners as of September 2024, making it the third most-popular radio network in the UK after BBC Radio 2 and BBC Radio 4 and the biggest commercial radio brand in the UK. The total reach for all Heart-branded stations is over 12.9 million.
In addition to FM, the station is available on DAB digital radio in London, and across the UK on Freesat, Sky, Freeview, TalkTalk TV and Virgin Media.The station is also available on MXR regional DAB multiplexes in the North West, North East, the Severn Estuary and Yorkshire, as well as on Switch Digital in central Scotland, having replaced Heart Digital.

Heart 00s is a national digital radio station owned and operated by Global Media & Entertainment as a spin-off from the Heart radio network. The station broadcasts from studios at Leicester Square in London and was launched on 20 May 2022. Heart 00s has its own dedicated breakfast show, presented by Mike Panteli.
