    This is not unpleasant! As an herbal tea, Damiana didn't offer me the same benefit. I take Damiana in conjunction with Maca and (perhaps) Yohimbine. The 3 may be a little too much stimulation, so I maintain the dosage of Maca and Damiana, then use Yohimbe on a recreational basis. I can say taking the 3 jointly does increase sexual interest & need.
