The Wyoming State Legislature is the legislative branch of the U.S. State of Wyoming. It is a bicameral state legislature, consisting of a 62-member Wyoming House of Representatives, and a 31-member Wyoming Senate. The legislature meets at the Wyoming State Capitol in Cheyenne. There are no term limits for either chamber.
On the 11th of December 2015, The State of Wyoming defended the Data Trespass Laws in a case to dismiss the September 2015 suit, as above. United States District Court Judge Scott Skavdahl (JSS) presided. [13] Among JSS's queries was the expansiveness of the state's "open land" application to the laws.

In the general election for Wyoming's 22nd House District in 2008, a re-vote was called after it was discovered that 11 people had voted incorrectly in the district, much larger than disputed winner Jim Roscoe's 4-vote margin. In the resulting special election, Roscoe won once again, this time with a more convincing 119-vote majority.
