John Thomas Griffith (born April 3, 1960) is an American singer-songwriter best known as a guitarist and vocalist for the band Cowboy Mouth.Griffith first established himself on the American music scene in the early 1980s as lead singer and guitarist for the new wave band Red Rockers, co-writing their 1983 MTV hit "China".
As a member of the Poetry Project, she spent the early 1970s painting, writing, and performing. In 1969, Smith also performed in the one-act play Cowboy Mouth, [16] which she co-wrote with Sam Shepard. Paul Sanchez (born November 6, 1959) is a New Orleans–based American guitarist and a singer-songwriter. [1] [2] Sanchez was a founding member of the New Orleans band Cowboy Mouth.
In 2018, he provided vocals for two songs in the We Bare Bears episode "Pizza Band". [13] During a Smash Mouth concert in Urbana, Illinois, on August 27, 2016, Harwell collapsed on stage and was taken by ambulance to a hospital. The band completed the show without him, De Lisle singing in his place.
