Magyar vándor (English: The Hungarian Strayer [1] or Hungarian Vagabond [2]) is a 2004 Hungarian action comedy film directed by Gábor Herendi and starring Károly Gesztesi, János Gyuriska and Gyula Bodrogi. The plot contains elements of time travel fiction.
Described as one of Hungary's best-known actors, [5] [6] Gesztesi played in numerous Hungarian TV and cinema productions, [3] [7] [8] including Magyar Vándor in 2004, Just Sex and Nothing Else in 2005 and Children of Glory. [9] [10] [11] "With his characteristic voice", he was also one of Hungary's most famous voice actors. [7]

Ferenc Zenthe was born on 20 April 1920 in Salgóbánya (now part of Salgótarján) as the only son of a 50-year-old mining engineer. [1] He attended the Cistercian high school of Eger, then attended four semesters in the University of Economics in Budapest, which he left to join the Academy of Performing Arts in 1941, but ended his studies after one year because of World War II.
