The Naperville Household Hazardous Waste Drop-off is one of four statewide locations (see Alternate Facilities below). Since opening in 1998 and up to 2019, the Naperville facility has collected over 2 million pounds of hazardous materials from 44,370 Kane County Residents.
The City of Naperville household hazardous waste (HHW) drop-off facility, 156 Fort Hill Drive, next to the Public Works Service Center, will accept many types of household waste from all Illinois residents. The facility is open Saturdays and Sundays, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., excluding holidays.
