I was informed by a customer service chat representative that the End Membership option will not be made available within 48 hours prior to the renewal date, as the app was designed that way so the Pass can continue to be active in your account by charging you ahead of time to prevent interruption of service.
If you signed up for Uber One in a region where it is available, and then try to cancel it in a region where it is not supported, the option will not be in the app. This is a bug, but contact the support and they should be able to manually cancel it and perhaps even refund the latest charge.

I have been charged for 3 months of Uber one for a subscription that I had no knowledge I had (I never knew i signed up for it and have only used Uber for one ride). I have tried looking everywhere on the app and can't find anyway to cancel my membership, even under the my membership section of uber one under my profile there is no option.

Update: Looks like they have signed me up to Uber One again, you can switch it off in the manage membership and request a refund. Obviously they are turning it on automatically and hoping no one notices the charges, I note they do not send you a receipt of payment for this fake subscription, you have to check bank/credit card / PayPal.
I had planned to cancel my uber one membership for the next month and when I tried it said I had to contact support because it was within 48 hours of my membership renewal. So I talked to an agent asked them to cancel my membership and the agent told me they had cancelled it for me.
I just got charged for uber one and I went into the app to try to cancel it and the "end membership" button isn't there! I try to contact support through the app but I keep getting the same automated response saying to go to the same "manage membership" page with no "end membership" button.

PSA: If you do an Uber One Free Trial make sure you cancel BEFORE 48 hours of the membership renewal date or they will charge you. USA I cancelled my free trial one day before it was supposed to end but once it was finished it said “You cancelled within 48 hours of the trial end date and may have been charged, contact support to cancel.”
