The South Willington Historic District is a historic district encompassing the historic village of South Willington in the town of Willington, Connecticut. The village, mostly stretched along Connecticut Route 32 , developed as a 19th-century industrial mill village associated with the Gardiner Hall Jr. Company.

The district is located at the junction of Route 74 and Route 320, on the location now known as Willington Hill, which is the original settlement and town center of Willington. The Green is rectangular and is bounded by Route 74 on the south, Jared Sparks Road on the east and Common Road on the north and west.
The Madison Land Trust provided assistance, and individuals donated $1,400. The founding trustees were Floyd M. Callward, Samuel G. Dodd, John M. Evans, George A. Baker Jr. and Gertrude M. Lamb. [10] Joshua's Trust acquired its first property, Bradley-Buchanan Woods, [11] in 1970.
