Sekolah Berasrama Penuh (SBP) or Fully Residential School is a school system established in Malaysia to nurture outstanding students to excel in academics and extracurricular activities. Since 2008, SBPs are directly administered by Fully Residential and Excellent Schools Management Division, Ministry of Education .
The school provides education for students from form 1 to form 5. Form 1 and form 4 students are selected by the Sektor Sekolah Berasrama Penuh to enrol in the school. Students with excellent Ujian Penilaian Sekolah Rendah (UPSR) results and Pentaksiran Tingkatan Tiga (PT3) will be shortlisted to be offered to study in the school.
The first form four students intake was started in 2004. On 23 May 2010, the name of Sekolah Berasrama Penuh Integrasi Pekan has been officially changed to Sekolah Berasrama Penuh Integrasi Tun Abdul Razak with abbreviation of InSTAR ( In tegrated Residential S chool of T un A bdul R azak).
