Raihan is a Dragon-type Gym Leader from Hammerlocke. Much like fellow Gym Leader Bea, Raihan entered the World Coronation series to face Leon. He first appeared in the series to face off against Leon and his Charizard using Duraludon only to lose. Afterwards, Raihan vowed to train harder to face off against Leon once more.

Pokémon Horizons – The Search for Laqua, known in Japan as Pocket Monsters: Terastal Debut [a] and Pocket Monsters: Rayquaza Rising [b] is the twenty-seventh overall season of the Pokémon animated series and the second season of the new Pokémon series titled Pokémon Horizons: The Series [n 1], known in Japan as Pocket Monsters (ポケットモンスター, Poketto Monsutā).
The English episode numbers are based on their first airing either in syndication, on The WB, Cartoon Network, Disney XD or Netflix. Subsequent episodes of the English version follow the original Japanese order, except where banned episodes are shown.
A total of eight episodes, were announced for the series on December 12, 2019. [3] The first episode was released on January 15, 2020, and further episodes were planned to be released on a monthly basis, [ 4 ] however the fifth episode was delayed from May to June due to the COVID-19 pandemic .
