Jorge Garcia (born April 28, 1973) is an American actor and comedian. He first came to public attention with his performance as Hector Lopez on the television show Becker, but subsequently became best known for his portrayal of Hugo "Hurley" Reyes in the television series Lost from 2004 to 2010.
The Battle of Alcatraz was dramatized in the 1987 TV movie Six Against the Rock, based on the novel by Clark Howard. While most of the characters were given the names of the real inmates (such as Bernard Coy and Miran Thompson), Carnes' character was renamed Dan Durando, portrayed by Paul Sanchez.
Attica, Alcatraz's father, has the ability to lose things, which can allow him to find important things again in random places when he needs them. Shasta, Alcatraz's mother, is a Librarian, though she still wants to stop Attica and helps Alcatraz temporarily. She is married to Attica, and thus has his talent of losing things.
She wrote the episodes "New Money" [4] and "Amalgamation and Capital". [ 5 ] Sarnoff and the writing staff were nominated for the Writers Guild of America (WGA) Award for Best Dramatic Series at the February 2006 ceremony for their work on the second season.
Alcatraz and his companions head off to Mokia, one of the Free Kingdoms, to try and save it from a Librarian takeover. They arrive at Tuki Tuki, the city on which Mokia depends, which is besieged by Librarians. When they arrive, the king is considering surrender. An accident puts Alcatraz in charge, and he decides to keep fighting the Librarians.
