As the walkers swarm around his rival, Negan fires onto them, giving Rick the chance to collect the hatchet and return to the RV; Negan drives off. As Rick sits in silence, Negan drives back to the clearing and hauls Rick from the RV. Reunited with both groups, Negan explains to Rick that he hoped that the trip changed Rick's mind about him.
They line up all of the survivors from the van (Rick, Carl, Glenn, Maggie, Michonne, Rosita, Aaron, Eugene, Abraham) telling them that Negan wants revenge for the Saviors who were killed. Without Rick's consent, Negan imposes a binding deal: everything that belongs to the Alexandria Safe-Zone now belongs to the Saviors.

They are told that their property now belongs to Negan.The group leader has one of the henchmen take Daryl to the back of the fuel truck to begin a thorough search, while continuing his attempts to intimidate Abraham and Sasha into revealing the location of Alexandria.
We're still trying to figure out who Negan killed in Season 6 and now we'll have a couple good guesses of who it is.
