The National Science and Maths Quiz is an annual science and mathematics content-based national level quiz competition for senior high schools in Ghana.The yearly competition has been produced by Primetime Limited, an education-interest advertising and public relations agency, since 1993.

Eureka Emefa Ahadjie Adomako is a Ghanaian botanist and academic who is currently a senior lecturer at the Department of Plant and Environmental Biology, University of Ghana. Adomako served as the quiz mistress of the Ghana National Science and Maths Quiz (NSMQ) from 2001 to 2005. [1] [2]

Prempeh College was the first school to win the National Science and Maths Quiz in 1994 and 1996. [13] The College also won the 2015, 2017 and 2021 editions of the Ghana National Science and Maths Quiz that makes them one of the most successful schools in the National Science and Maths Quiz competitions.
