The Public Services Commission of Malaysia (Malay: Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Awam Malaysia; Jawi: سوروهنجاي ڤرخدمتن عوام ), abbreviated SPA or PSC, is established by Article 139 of the Constitution of Malaysia.
