Mount Samat National Shrine (Tagalog pronunciation:) or Dambana ng Kagitingan (Shrine of Valor) is a historical shrine located near the summit of Mount Samat in the town of Pilar, Province of Bataan, in the Philippines.
The site, which was the former concentration camp for the Allied prisoners, [2] is a focus for commemorations on Araw ng Kagitingan (Valour Day), an annual observance held on 9 April—the anniversary of the surrender of US and Philippine forces to Imperial Japan in 1942.

The Dambana ng Kagitingan (Shrine of Valor) is a war memorial erected on top of Mount Samat. The memorial grounds feature a colonnade that houses an altar , esplanade , and a museum. On the peak of the mountain is the memorial cross standing about 311 ft (95 m) high.
