Hwang Hyun-jin (Korean: 황현진; born March 20, 2000), known mononymously as Hyunjin, is a South Korean rapper and dancer. He is a member of the South Korean boy band Stray Kids , formed by JYP Entertainment in 2017.
Hwang Ye-ji (Korean: 황예지; born May 26, 2000), known mononymously as Yeji, is a South Korean singer and dancer. She is the leader of the South Korean girl group Itzy, formed by JYP Entertainment in 2019. Yeji has collaborated with artists such as Bebe Rexha and contributed to the soundtrack of the television series, Love Your Enemy.
Both Yuna and Yeji joined JYP in 2015 and trained for three years, Yuna after being discovered by company staff, and Yeji after having successfully auditioned. The final member, Lia , initially auditioned for SM Entertainment and passed, but was forced to back out at the last minute due to a disagreement with her parents.
