Hạ Long Bay or Halong Bay (Vietnamese: Vịnh Hạ Long, IPA: [vînˀ hâːˀ lawŋm] ⓘ) is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and popular travel destination in Quảng Ninh province, Vietnam. The name Hạ Long means "descending dragon". Administratively, the bay belongs to Hạ Long city, Cẩm Phả city, and is a part of Vân Đồn district.

Phú Ninh (listen ⓘ) is a district (huyện) of Quảng Nam province in the South Central Coast region of Vietnam. As of 2003 the district had a population of 114,048. [1] The district covers an area of 167 km². The district capital lies at Phú Thịnh. [2] Between 2005 and 2016, the Bông Miêu gold mine operated in the district.
Quảng Yên is a county-level town of Quảng Ninh Province in the north-east region of Vietnam. The Bạch Đằng River flows through Yên Hưng. As of 2003 the district had a population of 137,198. [1] The town was established by 2011 from former district of Yên Hưng, which covers an area of 314,2 km². [2]
