The Chateau Frontenac Apartments was an apartment building located in Detroit, Michigan. It bore the name of the famous Château Frontenac hotel. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1991, [1] but was subsequently demolished in 1999. [3] It was removed from the National Register in 2020. [2]
The St. Paul Manor Apartments are a 4-1/2-story U-shaped brick Art Deco structure containing 36 apartments. A commercial space is located in the basement. The main facades contain precast concrete/stone panels rising from a heavy precast base and stretching the full height of the building, topped with half-round arches.
The East Grand Boulevard Historic District includes a few moderate-sized apartment buildings and numerous large homes. The apartment buildings in the district include the El Tovar Apartments, Saint Paul Manor Apartments, and Kingston Arms Apartments. Structures in this district were constructed primarily between 1900 and 1925. [3]

The Whittier (also known as the Whittier Apartments) is a partially renovated high rise residential complex and former hotel located at 415 Burns Drive in Detroit, Michigan, on the Detroit River. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.
