Joan is a British crime drama television miniseries created by Anna Symon for ITV. Sophie Turner plays real-life character Joan Hannington, a figure known as "the Godmother" by certain aspects of the British criminal underworld. Paul Frift serves as producer and the series is directed by Richard Laxton.
Crime (also known as Irvine Welsh's Crime) is a British crime drama television series, an adaptation of the Irvine Welsh novel of the same name. The 6-episode first series was co-written by Welsh and Dean Cavanagh and broadcast in 2021 on BritBox, later moved in the UK to be available on ITVX. It stars Dougray Scott as the detective Ray Lennox.
The series was created by Anne-Marie O'Connor and Suranne Jones, with O'Connor writing the script. Both are executive producers alongside Alison Owen and Katie Kelly for Monumental Television, part of ITV Studios. Debra Hayward, Alison Carpenter, and Jill Forbes also executive produce. It is a co-production with TeamAkers.
