Le Meurice (French pronunciation: [otɛl møʁis]) is a Brunei-owned five-star luxury hotel in the 1st arrondissement of Paris opposite the Tuileries Garden, between Place de la Concorde and the Musée du Louvre on the Rue de Rivoli. [1]
During his time at The Westbury he completed numerous stages at the Ritz-Carlton Dearborn, the Sheraton Hotel Casablanca and Michelin star Restaurant Le Meurice at The Hotel Meurice, Paris. At the age of 24 he decided to leave The Westbury after he was offered a position as opening Executive Chef for a new boutique Dublin hotel.
In 2003, the Hotel Le Meurice appointed Alléno chef de cuisine, where he stayed for 10 years. In 2008 he founded the restaurant Le 1947 at Cheval Blanc Courchevel, [ 1 ] and in July 2014 he took over the kitchens of Pavillon Ledoyen on the Champs-Elysées in Paris.
He apprenticed at the Bruneau Restaurant, a once three-star in Brussels, and worked at the luxurious Hotel Meurice with Yannick Alléno. [2] Rose opened his restaurant Spring in 2006 with 16 seats in the 9th arrondissement of Paris.
