The central (or southeastern) "island" of Sycamore Township is occupied by the census-designated places (CDPs) of Dillonvale, Rossmoyne, Kenwood, and Concorde Hills, from west to east. Much of the northern "island" is occupied by the CDPs of Highpoint (north) and Brecon (south).
