The former Northridge Boston Store, which the city acquired separately in 2017, will be the first to go. Interior demolition has already started and the city has just applied for a raze permit.
When it was proposed, Northridge would have been Milwaukee's largest shopping center, and first enclosed mall. It will be demolished by fall 2025.
