Originally received the computer November first. For what I paid for this beast of a computer I expected much better in build quality and service. Bought from NZXT BLD twice this year. One was an Intel I7-10700K and one was an AMD Ryzen 5600X. Each had a 3080 in it (an EVGA XC3 in the former and an Asus in the latter).
TLDR: After a LOT of hardware + software troubleshooting on my PC, I found a long forum thread about NZXT CAM issues. After disabling the software from startup, I stopped having ANY issues. It seems to mostly affect AMD, but some say it affects their Intel build in the thread linked above. SOLUTION: Disable NZXT CAM from startup in software ...
Cpu running hotter than is should be. Question here about if one of the pumps on my kraken is messed up, for reference I have the nzxt player 2 prime. And while idling my pc runs at about 42c, not bad. However whenever I play cyberpunk, my cpu runs ats 78 to 81c. The cpu I got for my build was the ryzen7 5800x.

In November, NZXT initially sent me a completely dead PC. I looked into the issue myself to see if I could troubleshoot it, but what I found was beyond repair. Underneath the dinged up case and in the scuffed up interior, I found out the RTX 3080 in my PC was completely dead. Nothing would show up on screen. I gave them the benefit of the doubt ...
Update: tried basically everything from the comments here and much much more. The fix = reseating the ram. Moved each stick 1 slot to the left. Now 2 days without a single problem. Hey, just received my player 3 prime, which has 64gb ddr5-6000 ram, 13900k, 4090, and 2 TB of m.2 storage. Installed Overwatch, Call of Duty MW3….
The only way to get rid of lag and stuttering is to close NZXT Cam and use the "default in-built profile" int the AIO (obviously I can't change anymore the FAN profile, speed, LCD settings, and other stuff). I've the lastest BIOS version and all chipset driver are up to date, the system image is fine (without encoutering any errors in many deep ...
Just divide 1500 : 80 = 18,75. I would never do it because for 1500€ I could get a PC for 6 years atleast. Something to think about if you own an LLC in America. When leasing (equipment for business use however extensive or little it may be) you can write the entire lease off for taxes. Inevitably.
