    Sheep, other than the alpha ram, are docile, goats are very independant. You can lead sheep to water, good luck trying to herd goats. There is such a thing as sheep dogs, I don't believe goat dogs exist, in other words dogs can't herd goats either. On the plus side, goats can eat pretty much anything while sheep require grass.
