From 1999 to 2004, he served as an assistant state's attorney in the Connecticut Division of Criminal Justice. From 2004 to 2009, served as an assistant attorney general in the Connecticut Office of the Attorney General. From 2009 to 2023, he served as a judge on the Connecticut Superior Court.
The Connecticut Appellate Court is the court of first appeals for all cases arising from the Connecticut Superior Courts. Its creation in 1983 required Connecticut's voters and legislature to amend the state's constitution. The court heard its first cases on October 4, 1983. [1]
