The Noble County Courthouse is home to many of the county offices. It is located on a 5 acre tract at the heart of Perry, Oklahoma, the county seat. Majestically towering above the tree studded park it is the center of the town square.

Duties of the County Commissioners: Supervise and manage all real estate owned by the County. The Board maintains the Courthouse, and County Jail. Advertise for bids on major County purchases and award all contracts. Approve all claims covering materials, supplies, or services purchased by all County offices and paid for by County funds.
All documents shall provide an area free of printed information sufficient in size to accommodate affixation of the documentary stamps required, any certification of payment of mortgage taxes, and the recording information affixed by the county clerk upon acceptance of a document for recordation.
To qualify, the taxpayer must be 65 or older and show proof of an annual household income equal or less than the annual HUD median income level for Noble County (Contact the Assessor for the current income level). This income is based on the HUD income levels and changes each tax year.
