The Flag Act does not explicitly state the flag's aspect ratio, but the drawing in the Flag act is approximately 1:2. The ratio used in this construction sheet is exactly 1:2. The Flag shown at National Symbols - National Flag of Zimbabwe has a 2:3 ratio. It is not clear why it has a different ratio than the image shown in the Flag Act.
