The 2022 FIVB Women's Volleyball World Championship was the 19th staging of the FIVB Women's Volleyball World Championship, contested by the senior women's national teams of the members of the Fédération Internationale de Volleyball (FIVB). As of 2022, 19 editions of the women's Volleyball World Championship have been played: 10 went to European teams, five to Asian teams (three times to Japan and two times to China), and four to American teams (three times to Cuba and once to United States).
