Softball is a popular variation of baseball, the difference being that it is played with a larger ball, on a smaller field, and with only underhand pitches (where the ball is released while the hand is primarily below the ball) permitted. The Arkansas Razorbacks softball team represents the University of Arkansas in NCAA Division I College softball. The team competes in the Southeastern Conference, and plays its home games at Bogle Park in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The Razorbacks are currently led by head coach Courtney Deifel.
