The Nogales Steam Laundry Building – built in 1926 and located at 223–219 East Street. Pioneer Nogales photographer and property owner, W. J. Neuman, built this building. It was used as a steam laundry from 1915 to 1930, and is one of only four buildings remaining in Nogales that represents historic industries.

The W.G. Bowman House is a historic house in Nogales, Arizona. It was built in 1918 for Wirt Bowman, a businessman who served as the mayor of Nogales from 1918 to 1919 and as a member of the Arizona House of Representatives from 1919 to 1920.
