In 2009, DeLille Cellars rented space in a small building in the Hollywood District of Woodinville to open their first tasting room outside of the original Chateau site. Known as the “Carriage House,” DeLille expanded the tasting experience to include tented patios on both sides to accommodate the many visitors over its decade of operations.
A new tasting room was built in 1997, and is still in use today. By the late 1990s, annual production exceeded 100,000 gallons. In 2001, their best-selling wine Sweet Red (previously named Soft Red) rose to the #1 wine sold in Indiana, and in 2004 they launched their estate-bottled Creekbend Collection, releasing vintages through 2024.

Bootlegger's was founded in 2008 [2] in Fullerton with a combined tasting room and brewery. In 2012, Bootlegger's moved its production to a new, larger brewing facility, also in Fullerton. [3] Aaron Barkenhagen has stated plans to quadruple production with the new facility. [1]
