The Abdul Nazir Sab State Institute of Rural Development and Panchayat Raj is a government institution located in Mysore, Karnataka. [1] It was named after Abdul Nazir Sab, a former Karnataka Minister for Rural Development and Panchayat Raj, who was a strong advocate for the Panchayati Raj system and the decentralization of political power.
