Mawlana Muhammad Husam-ud-Din Chowdhury Fultali was born on 5 February 1974 to a Bengali Muslim Sufi family in the village of Fultali, located in Zakiganj Sylhet District, Bangladesh. He is the youngest son of the Islamic scholar Allamah Abdul Latif Chowdhury Fultali and was educated at the Badedeorail Fultali Kamil Madrasa. [2]
